I'm Tiffany Sanchez. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and currently live on the east coast of sunny Florida. Welcome to the world of my business. Here are some things I want you to know about me:

Let me start by stating that I haven't gone through any formal schooling related to psychology, therapy, coaching, or anything of the sort. I actually have a hard time finding a name that captures what I'm here to do for and with you.

What I do know is that I was given gifts that allow me to feel your world, discern your words and behavior, and see your struggles deeply. I knew these things were part of me since I was very young, but I didn't understand nor had words for it.  Based on the information I get from you, I have the ability to ask powerful questions that pierce through to your core to bring clarity and awareness.

I have a very active inner world - which, for me, means that I have a very sensitive system that makes it possible to engage with subtle energy quite easily. Now, this might sound spiritually cool, but when you pair it with a daily life filled with emotional change and constant lessons, it can become challenging really quick.

I tell you this because I recognize that thanks to how I experience life, I have found many approaches to stay strongly rooted which considerably shorten the time I spend outside of myself. I can now accept hard circumstances for what they are and love myself through them.

One lesson that has shown up over and over in my life is "there is no truth other than the one I have experienced myself." This might sound simple and maybe even selfish, but I have found myself (many times) looking for confirmations, answers, and instructions in all places (podcasts, videos, social media, programs, courses, etc.) except in what's right in front of me at that moment. The thing is, life gives us exactly what we need exactly when we need it. For every question we come up with, life has a way of arranging situations for us to find the answer.

At the same time, it's very easy to find distractions when the circumstances are uncomfortable. We rather someone give us the answer instead of having to sit through and feel the discomfort. It's also very tempting to overthink situations to find "the right thing to do". All of which just causes more confusion.

So, with all that being said, what I'm here to do is not give you answers. Instead, I'm here to shine a light in the places where you can find your own with the skills that life itself has taught me. I have experience with the Human Design and Gene Keys systems - which are very related to each other. These give more insight into how your particular system works to pinpoint your specific challenges with more ease.

I have also been mentored in subtle energetic techniques, which putting it simply means learning how to take our power back as sovereign beings by paying close attention to our inner world. All this knowledge/wisdom continues to seep into my being today and most likely forever. I love to incorporate all of this into our sessions to help our minds understand what we sometimes don't have words for.

I genuinely cannot contain my desire to be of service to you and whoever needs even a little bit of their own light back in their lives.
